Off Day
Ok not exactly an off day. I did run this morning and did a quick 500M swim, but a food off day to max at 1480 Cals consumed. It definitly helps curb the cravings during the week, and gives me a break from Rabbit food, and chicken. Tomorrow is my workout off day, but I will be back on the diet. My body is ready for the rest. I let you all know how it goes.
