It has been pretty rainy and nasty outside, but I did get a ride on the trainer yesterday, and had a windy run today. Less then a month to the Terre Haute Triathlon

I am back on because I have a race in less than a month. I am better prepared then 2 years ago, but I want to be more fit so I can cut 30 min off of my old time. I think I'll get there. Let ya know.
