Oh sweet Lord I am grateful I get to go home. I leave tomorrow morning, and can not wait. Ok back on focus I did weigh in this morning and I am satisfied. 224.9 lbs. That means 28 LBS since I arrived in country. The chore in front of me is to continue the progress at home, but I Will Succeed because Quit Don't Work. I will be back on once I get settled at home.
